The problem
A shared business space with a limited number of bookable rooms had no structured way to fairly allocate hours across many tenants, relying on manual coordination.
The solution
A self-service, allowance-based booking portal currently in development — each tenant books directly against an admin-configurable hour allowance, with automatic 24-hour confirmation and cancellation logic.
What was built
- Self-service tenant registration with admin approval (in progress)
- Allowance-based, conflict-safe slot booking with automatic 24-hour confirmation and auto-cancellation (in progress)
- Bilingual Arabic/English admin panel with utilization reporting (in progress)
